Responsibilities:

1)    Handle full set of accounts including bank reconciliation, AR/AP, general ledger, fixed assets register, prepayment, accruals and month-end closing, etc

2)    Prepare monthly management accounts with accounting schedules and inter-coy reconciliations on timely basis.

3)    Liaise with external auditor and tax representatives for the preparation of statutory financial reports and tax filing.

4)    Assist to prepare / revise internal control procedures and work instructions. 

5)    Perform ad-hoc assignments as required

Requirements:

1)    Degree holder in Accounting, Finance or related discipline;

2)    Minimum 3 years solid accounting experience for SME/MNC;

3)    Highly independent, self-motivated, enthusiastic, capable to meet deadline and work under pressure

4)    Willing to work overtime if in need

5)    Proficiency of advanced usage of Microsoft Office

6)    Good command of written and spoken Chinese, English and Mandarin;

7)    Immediately available candidates are highly preferred
