Job Summary

Execute all Treasury / Insurance / Pension plan activities in scope in a timely manner, according to the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Drives towards excellence by enduring best practices are implemented and business / internal controls are in place.

A day in the life of:

• Responsible for cash flow forecasting, report and analyst on timely basis. 
• Optimizing funding by supervising and monitoring cash in / out flow and the Intra group cash pool in the market.
• Maintain and lead cashier office by monitoring collection and reimbursement.
• Manage bank relationship, review and updates bank authorization and e-banking access.
• Administration of local pension per local law and regulations as well as Group standards. Manage the contribution and expenses, forecast in/out flow and handle redemptions.

What are we looking for?      

• Degree holder or above in Finance or related disciplines
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in treasury related operations, preferable CPA members
• Experience in legal/account/insurance or knowledge in SAP is an advantage
• Basic understanding of local laws and regulations related to insurance
• Strong communication and presentation skills in both written and spoken English, Mandarin & Cantonese
• Proficient PC skills including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
