• Implement investment strategy, monitor and manage asset allocation to align with the pre-approved mandate
• Prepare, review and give commentaries on various reports including P/L report, performance attribution report for the investment committee, and the management
• Establish and periodically review trade policy, operational procedures to optimize internal control and meet compliance requirements
• Support expansion of new product launches and initiatives of all business units and know-how to manage the aggregate market exposure
• Manage and optimize the firm's liquidity and inventory pool
• Build and expand counterparty for money market credit line and bilateral loan.
• Manage various secured and unsecured funding programs, such as repo funding, structured notes, unsecured bond issuance. 

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or equivalent work-related experience.
• Experience 5-10 years in treasury, banking, capital markets, fixed income, global markets.
• Solid knowledge in FXMM markets and Fixed Income products.
• Able to understand and manage complex and diverse instruments
• Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
