Job Description

• Handle full set of accounts, month end closing and daily operations;
• Monitor daily cash flows and day-end closing;
• Responsible for Accounts payable, data input, analyse data and cost elements;
• Handle supplier invoices checking and validation, and supplier's statement reconciliation;
• Assist in preparing management reports, such as monthly report, month-end and year-end closing, annual audit, and financial statements;
• Provide support for ad hoc assignments.

Requirement : 

• Diploma or above in Accountancy or relevant discipline;
• Minimum of 3 years relevant experience (F & B experience preferred);
• Strong sense of responsibilities, detail-mind and able to work independently;
• Proficiency in MS Words and Excel, experience in accounting software is a plus;
• Good command of communication and interpersonal skills;
• Immediately available is highly preferred.

Less experienced candidate will be considered to the post of “Assistant Accountant”.
