An amazing opportunity to join one of the largest MPF service provider in Hong Kong as an Call Centre Representative.

Responsibilities
- Responsible for customer service activities from all channel, including enquiries, complaints handling, investigation etc.
- Coach junior staff on daily activities
- Handle bilingual written & hotline enquiries
- Diploma or above in any discipline
- Minimum of 3 years in CS, preferably gained from insurance
- Proficiency in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- FG or candidates with less experience will also be considered
