Our Client is a well-known retail group. They are currently looking for professional to manage the regional finance business:

Responsibilities

• Manage the financial and management reporting, analysis of the business performance and other tax and custom compliances in Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand and Guangdong, PRC
• Work closely and supervise the local team to ensure financial and management reports, operational information and analysis is prepared in timely and accurate manner
• Understand the overall business goals and prepare financial review and recommendations on business development 
• Perform financial planning & analysis such as costing, GP, sale and marketing cost report, provide financial review and control on business operation
• Support business development and performance improvements by regular monthly meetings with CEO, CFO and Brand Director in HK
• Work closely with local finance team and management on preparation of operation plans, internal control reports and annual budgets

Requirements

• Degree holder
• Qualified Accountant of HKICPA / ACCA or equivalent
• 10+ years working experience in finance and accounting with recent years focus on regional exposure in tax, financial control, planning and analysis, management reporting preferably with in depth financial exposures in ASEAN countries
• Previous experience with Retail / Trading / Manufacturing / FMCG/ brand owners with different locations will be an advantage
• Experience in handling financial reporting of online business preferred
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Mandarin
• Good interpersonal skills and cultural awareness, team player and with good work attitude
• Good people management skills and willing to adapt to different working cultures in ASEAN countries
• Mature and good communication with both top and middle management
