Responsibilities:

• Responsible for overall finance and human resources function for the group.
• Responsible for full set of accounts, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, cashflow management, treasury, reporting and month end closing.
• Good interpersonal skill to liaise with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Establish policy and procedures and maintain internal control within the group.
• Coordinate audit and tax engagement.
• Prepare financial forecast and performance information for management review.
• Support new accounting system implementation.
• To perform general HR functions, including but not limited to monthly payroll, MPF, taxation and insurance management.
• Ensure proper and accurate payroll calculations, MPF and tax filing
• Perform ad-hoc duties or project support as assigned.

Requirements:        

• University graduated in Accountancy or related disciplines.
• Minimum 5 years of solid accounting experience.
• Experience in accounting system implementation is an advantage.
• Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Attention to details, self-motivated, able to work independently, cope with multi-tasks and strong problem solving skills.
• Good command of written and spoken in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
• Immediately available is preferred.
