Role Purpose:
As a Project Officer, you are the catalyst to elevate the group strategic influence of Global Own Brand & Exclusive teams to all Asian and European Business Units through data insights and best practice sharing.

A typical day in this Role: 

• Prepare monthly sales performance analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks, and present them in an understandable and actionable manner
• Analyze and interpret Customer behavior drivers, and support Retail and Marketing team on formulating customer engagement strategies and aligning brand focus
• Prepare dashboard and other ad-hoc reports to team leads and management and keep track of the progress
• Own Brand management and marketing best practices sharing
• To develop dashboard via Tableau visualization tool with on job training

This job is a good fit for You if:

• You are determined to pursue your career in Health & Beauty Retail.
• You are good at project management and analytics skill.
• You enjoy collaboration with different stakeholders

• University degree holder or above (Business Statistics, Business or a related discipline) with min. 3-5 years of solid experience in data analytics
• Proven and hands-on experience in Business Intelligence. Knowledge of the Tableau tool will be an advantage.
• Strong analytical mind with good report writing skills, and able to transform data into actionable insights
• Orchestrating projects and communications across diverse stakeholder groups (in both English and Chinese)
• Technologically-savvy, mastery of Excel and PowerPoint.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin; Excellent communication and presentation skills, both oral and written
• Transformational, open to possibilities. Strategic thinker.
