Job Description
Responsibilities
- Assist with month end closing with GL, AP & Budget Team
- Prepare adjustment in SAP for issues from cost allocation and costing
- Update and maintain vendor database in SAP
- Gather SAP issues and liaise with IT team to enhance user experience
- Monitor payment status and respond to vendor enquiries
- Help with ad-hoc tasks assigned by Managers
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in accounting or related disciplines
- 1 -2 years relevant working experience
- Adequate English writing skills
- Familiar with SAP or has relevant experience in using the system would be an advantage
- Self-motivated, responsible and detail-oriented
- Team player with good interpersonal skills
- Immediate availability is preferred
