Responsibilities:

• Conduct models and reports for business valuations, intangible assets valuations and financial assets valuations;
• Conduct market and industry research;
• Provide consultancy services to our clients;
• Participate in marketing work, such as prepare marketing materials, meeting with clients, etc.
• Maintain in-house research database;
• Perform ad hoc projects as assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Degree holder with major in Accounting, Finance, Financial Engineering or other Financial related disciplines;
• Preferably has professional qualifications such as CPA and CFA, etc;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, proactive and willing to take on challenges;
• At least 1 year relevant experience;
• Fresh graduates with the passion and high learning agility are also welcomed;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
• Good command of both written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin;
• Immediately available is preferred.
