Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Perform AR duties, monitor revenue collection and reconcile accounts receivable
- Ensure all accounting transactions are timely and accurately recorded in accordance with Corporate guidelines
- Prepare regular AR reports and analysis, and follow up enquiries from guests, sites, and leasing team
- Perform site and document check to identify and report irregularities
- Monitor and update weekly cash flow transaction
- Prepare revenue forecast and bank reconciliation
Requirements:
- Diploma in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline
- 2 years or above experience
- LCC&I Higher or 1st level of ACCA
- Experience in real estate or hotel industry preferred but not a must
- Solid experience in SunSystem and Vision preferable
- Well organized, meticulous and strong leadership skills
- Positive, initiative and a team player
- High proficiency in PC operations such as MS Word and Excel
- High proficiency spoken and written in English and Chinese
- Immediate available preferred
