Job Description
THE COMPANY :

- Buying office & trading carrying 20 own fashion brands
- Main items : fashion, fashion accessories, handbag, costume jewellery... etc
- Main market : Europe & China
- China offices : Shanghai & Beijing
- We are looking for ACCOUNTS CLERK – with details as follows :
THE JOB :
- Work in Accounting Team of 6 members
- Report to Accounting Manager
- Assist in daily accounting routine
- Review suppliers’ invoices to ensure the completeness and accuracy
- Maintain petty cash and staff expenses disbursements
- Perform daily accounting operations, including accounts payables, account receivable , issue cheque, online payments and general ledger
- Issue Debit Notes and Credit Notes to suppliers/customers
- Review overseas offices monthly expense reports & assist in month-end closing
- Knowledgeable with intercompany transactions, cross charges & balance reconciliation
- Assist in liaising with external auditors
- Accounting studies
- Over 1-2 years accounting experience in any business
- Experience in trading/manufacturing/buying offices is a plus
- Proficiency in MS word, Excel and Chinese word processing
- 5 days work (Mon to Fri 9:30am – 6:30pm)
