Responsibilities:

• Handle full set of accounts;
• Manage daily processing of accounts payable, from invoicing to payment;
• Manage petty cash, company accounts and organize financial reports;
• Liaise with banks, suppliers, customers and group companies;
• Assist in monthly MPF contribution and payroll review;
• Assist in preparing deliverables for annual audits by external auditors;
• Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management.

 Requirements:

• Higher diploma or above in accounting;
• At least 3 years of experience in the trading industry;
• Cautious, integrity, systematic, meticulous;
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Chinese word processing;
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese;
• Immediate available is highly preferred.
