With the changing needs of the markets and commitment towards sustainable development & growth in the regions, we are currently looking for an experienced finance talent to join the organization. The role is based in Hong Kong.

 
Responsibilities:

• Prepare financial and management reports
• Prepare consolidated statements and financials for the group and subsidiaries. 
• Liaise with the Financial Controller on standardising the accounting policies for individual subsidiary companies and group
• Assist on the preparation of audit requests and related inquiry made by the auditors.
• Assist in cash-flow monitoring, handle banking transactions and responsible for bank reconciliation
• Perform corporate treasury operation
• Good knowledge in taxation, accounting rules and regulations
• Assist in preparing routine reporting and business presentations for corporate finance
• Assist in budget report preparation
• Assist in company secretary functions
• Perform ad-hoc accounting projects where necessary

 Requirements:

• Degree holder in Finance / Accounting or related discipline
• Candidate with CPA, ACCA, FCCA or equivalent will have an advantage.
• Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience.
• Knowledge in International Financial Reporting Standards
• Good command of both written and spoken in English.
