Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for month-end closing and prepare monthly reports including monthly financial statements, cash flow statements and tax computation;
• Responsible for maintaining and enhancing efficient financial procedures;
• Maintain and update accounting policies and ensure that all jurisdictions are in compliance;
• Manage budget, forecast, financial reports and management reports;
• Work collaboratively with various internal parties in the region to acquire or provide information needed for analysis, reporting, budgeting and forecasting;
• Liaison with auditors/ lawyers/ banks/ JV partners;
• Alert management any financial aspects at risks and offer solution;
• Handle ad hoc tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Degree or above in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or relevant disciplines;
• At least 7 years' relevant experience gained in related role;
• Hands-on mentality and be able to work independently;
• Strong business sense and problem solving skills;
• Qualified ACCA or CPA will be highly perferred;
• Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese& Mandarin).
