Position Summary
Responsibilities
RequirementsPosition Summary
You will join a Hong Kong-based auction house, working in an energetic team with start-up culture. The desired candidate should own Higher Diploma or above degree in Accounting or Finance, along with a minimum five years’ relevant accounting experience. Possessing knowledge about the Auction industry is a bonus. Immediately availability is highly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Handle full set of accounts and the daily accounting operation including month/year-end closing, managing accounts payable & receivable as well as bank reconciliation
- Preparation of the financial statement and financial analysis
- Coordinate and liaise with auditors on annual audits
- Review and streamline the process to enhance efficiency
- Ensure the Company complies with all accounting, tax, statutory and regulatory requirements
- Assist in other ad-hoc projects or assignments
- Higher Diploma or above in Accounting
- Minimum 5 years’ relevant accounting experience
- Proficiency with MS office applications and accounting softwares
- A proactive team player and able to work independently
- Good Command of verbal and written communication skills in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese
- Able to work well under pressure and open to occasional overtime as required
- Immediately availability is highly preferred
