Job Description

Key responsibilities

  • Handle full range of PRC tax review and compliance, tax advisory, M&A and group restructuring projects
  • Work closely with other service teams to provide tax advisory and compliance services
  • Keep abreast of the latest development in PRC tax law and regulations
  • Undertake training or tax development updates coordinated by the tax team
  • Willing to travel for client work as and when required

Requirements

  • Degree holder, preferably major in economics, accounting, business or related disciplines
  • 2 to 3 years of relevant experiences PRC tax field gained from accounting firms or commercial is preferred.  Candidates with lesser experiences will be considered for the Associate position.
  • Ability to handle assignments independently and meet tight deadlines;
  • Excellent communication skills, strong analytical, management and organization skills.
  • Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese)
