Senior Finance Manager – ICT company

Our client is a leading ICT company. They are hiring a senior finance manager to lead the finance team.

Job Duties

• Report to the CFO
• Oversee the Finance team and provide proper guidance on their career development
• Cash forecast, budgeting, interim, annual reporting
• Management reporting, consolidation, financial reporting, tax planning
• Work with project teams on M&A projects: businesses and property acquisition and disposal
• Attend monthly management meeting with top management
• Ensure compliance of Hong Kong listing rules
• Get involve in and work with company secretaries on company announcement
• Maintain long-term relationships with external parties such as valuers, auditors and bankers

Requirements

• Qualified Accountant
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting / Finance / other related business disciplines
• At least 10 years of main board Hong Kong listed company commercial experience at sizeable companies
• At least 5 years managerial experience
• Audit background is highly preferred
• Familiar with Hong Kong listing rules
• Rich experience in financial modelling on Capital investment is highly preferred
• Experience in land acquisition and project finance is preferred
• Good command of spoken English and Mandarin
• Open minded, creative, energetic and passionate
• Immediate available is highly preferred (not a must)
