ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support budgeting/forecasting process coordinating across the organization to ensure all grounds are covered and corporate objectives are met.
• Perform monthly operating expenses review, variance analyses, and monitor capital/cash-out expenditure.
• To support in preparing cost benefit analyses adopting Economic Value-Add (EVA) approach to support investment proposal
• To provide reporting and analytical support for operational and strategic initiatives including optimum rent for negotiation and profitability analysis.
• Perform ad-hoc analyses and additional related duties when assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

•    Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance and Accounting disciplines
•    Minimum 4 years related FP&A experience with hands-on approach
•    Experience gained from MNC or FMCG would be an advantage
•    RDM, HFM, SAP experience is preferred
•    CPA is preferred but not a requirement
•    An excellent team player, proactive, can-do attitude
•    Strong presentation, communication and analytical skills
•    Strong in MS Office applications, especially Excel/Powerpoint
•    Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
