Responsibilities:

• Manage all-rounded financial operations and internal control for our business in HK
• Work closely with business unit heads and stakeholders in the running of finance, accounting and operational functions in compliance with policies and statutory requirements
• Conduct review of month end closing with value added analysis, commentary and action plans for management decision making
• Prepare budget & forecast with continuous business performance tracking
• Manage cash-flow, inventory, receivables and credit review of customers
• Develop and implement improvement projects for operation efficiency in business processes.
• Handle audits, tax and statutory filing requirements
• Supporting on-going and ad-hoc projects

Requirements:

• Qualified accountant with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business relevant disciplines
• At least 8 years of relevant working experience with a minimum of 5 years in managerial role; preferably in FMCG and manufacturing business
• Strong business acumen and excellent analytical, reporting and business control skills
• Independent, self-motivated, articulate and good interpersonal and influential skills to work with and manage internal and external stakeholders
• Proficiency in excel skill and ERP System knowledge, experience in SAP, Cognos, BI and finance system implementation will be added advantage
• Able to work under pressure and in a fast paced environment
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
