Responsibilities:

• Evaluate cost proposals and conduct financial analysis to assess the reasonableness of the costs involved, including but not limited to Electrical and Mechanical (E&M) engineering services
• Review the contents of tender documents / contracts, provide justification and identify any deficiencies 
• Identify key risk areas, advise alternatives and solutions to stakeholders in compliance of company’s policies and procedures
• Occasional outdoor work and site inspection may be required
• Perform ad hoc projects and assignments as assigned

Requirements:

• Higher diploma or above in Engineering / Building Services / Quantity Surveying or related disciplines
• 3 years or above relevant working experiences, with previous exposure in engineering, construction, real estate or property companies will be added advantage
• Experience in Electrical and Mechanical (E&M) engineering services is highly preferred
• Logical thinking, good analytical and writing skills
• Self-motivated with high sense of ownership and accountability
• Good team player with good interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Putonghua
• Familiar with Microsoft applications
• Candidate with less experience / qualification may be considered as Senior Financial Audit Officer / Financial Audit Officer
