Responsibilities:

• Provide clerical and administrative support for daily operations of projects and sales functions
• Prepare sales documents such as invoice, purchase order, work order, quotation, delivery note
• Follow up sales orders and delivery arrangement
• Maintain project and sales database
• Liaise with all internal and external parties to follow up delivery and logistic arrangement
• Prepare reports on a regular basis to operations team and management
• Assist in ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• High Diploma holder or above in any discipline
• 2 years or above working experience in project or sales and marketing administrative support is preferred
• Candidate with experience in construction will be an advantage
• Well-organized, good time management and ability to work under pressure
• Self-motivated, proactive, independent and willing to learn
• Good interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in MS Word and Excel
