Job Scope

Work with Group Director, IA & Corporate Governance to assess the risk at group level and develop annual audit plan and/or other ad hoc requests.

What you'll be doing:

This is a varied and challenging role where you will be working within a multi-cultural environment, able to input, collaborate with different global teams within the group. Some of the duties are:

  • Participate in financial, operational audit assignments.
  • Partner the business and operations to identify weaknesses and develop recommendations for improvements.
  • Assess the efficiency and effectiveness of business operation process flow.
  • Documentation of existing business and financial processes.
  • Manage the implementation of the change on business flow.
  • Conduct ongoing analysis on the changed business process flow.
  • Work closely with all departments to help drive change and adopt changes in working practices to become more efficient.
  • Prepare internal audit reports and perform follow-up and monitoring works to ensure proper implementation of recommendations.
  • Follow up fieldwork across the group and ensure audits and risk reports completed on a timely basis.

About You:

The ideal candidate will have the ability to work in a diversified, fast-paced and collaborative environment with excellent analytical and interpersonal skills:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance or relevant disciplines with professional qualifications
  • Qualified Accountant
  • Robust experience, preferably gained in sizable companies
  • Relevant commercial experience in multinational companies
  • Proactive and independent
  • Detailed oriented
  • Relevant experience in process documentation and evaluation
  • Analytical mind with strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Fluent in spoken and written in Cantonese & English, Mandarin.
  • Willing to travel
