Responsibilities:

• To handle all aspects of payroll administration including salary calculation, final payment, cost allocation, salaries tax and MPF administration etc.;
• To provide support in annual C&B exercise including salary review, bonus payout, staff cost budgeting, salary survey and data analysis;
• To maintain accurate staff record in HRIS system and filing system;
• To provide ad hoc support on C&B related matters when required.

Requirements:

• Diploma holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines;
• 5 years or above working experience with hands-on payroll experience in sizable organization;
• Well-versed with the Employment Ordinance, MPF Schemes Ordinance and other regulatory compliance;
• Advance Excel user (Pivot Tables, Vlookup, Macros etc.);
• Hands-on experience in Peoplesoft HRIS and is an advantage;
• Good command of English and Chinese;
• A good team player, proactive, detail minded and good numerical sense.
