Responsibilities: 

• Perform full set of accounting tasks  
• Monitor Account Payable, Account Receivable and/or Cash Flow Accounting  
• Prepare sales quotations  
• Perform ad-hoc assignments as required 
• Perform general administrative duties 

Requirements: 

• LCCI level II accounting certificate / Diploma or above in Accounting or related disciplines  
• 2-3 years working experience in accounting preferably in IT industry 
• Familiar with Excel, and proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese word processing 
• Familiar with MYOB system operation and immediate available is preferred  
• Must be attentive to accuracy, detail oriented, and capable of handling full set of accounting independently  
• Able to handle confidential information in a professional and trustworthy manner  
• Can work independently under pressure, be punctual, attentive, have integrity, and have a sense of responsibility
