• Perform compliance investigation, checking, monitoring and review
• Assist in formulating and maintaining compliance policies and procedures
• Ensure the Bank’s operations meet with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements as well as industry guidelines and practices
• Provide compliance advice to business units
• Degree in Law, Finance, Accounting or related disciplines with minimum 5 years relevant exposure in financial institutions or audit firms of which at least 2 years at managerial level
• Strong knowledge of banking, insurance and SFC regulations, AML and other relevant regulatory requirements
• Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese
• With Enhanced Competency Framework (ECF) qualification is an advantage
• Candidates with more experience may be considered higher position
