Assistant Finance Manager, FP&A – FMCG Cosmetics

Our client is a leading manufacturing wholesaler in Cosmetics committed to providing accessible, trending and quality products focused in various categories of areas such as skincare, supplements, makeups, and body care. They are currently looking for an experienced Assistance Finance Manager, to lead and be responsible for the growth & expansion of the local business.

Roles & Responsibilities
You will handle and occasionally oversee the entire accounting process and functions, during daily operations, you are also responsible for all accounting transactions and make sure they are compliant with the company’s policies, while be in charge of the company’s management reporting aspect in Hong Kong.

Other Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform analysis on budgets and be involved in forecasting cash flow monitoring for management in making strategic decisions
• In charge of improving and aligning accounting procedures to daily financial operations
• Consolidation & management accounting of the entire APAC region
• Liaise with different finance teams on taxation and accounting matters
• Other ad-hoc projects as required

Your profile:

• 4+ years’ experience in FP&A
• Big 4 candidates with manufacturing/retail industry knowledge are preferred
• Outstanding knowledge in management accounting is preferred
• Capable of working under pressure with strong endurance
• Proficiency in written and oral Cantonese & Mandarin
