Requirements

• Degree or Higher Diploma in Accounting Studies
• 6-7 years experience in managing HK and PRC accounting operation
• Previous experience in trading and manufacturing company is required
• Familiar with the accounting and taxation regulations of China
• Independent, energetic, detail-oriented and sense of responsibilities
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office, preferably with ERP system
• Good command of spoken and written English, Mandarin is a plus
• Immediate available is a definite advantage

Responsibilities

• Provide support to Finance Manager on smooth financial and accounting operation
• Coordinate with PRC offices on daily accounting transactions and month-end closing
• Manage full set of accounts including AP, AR transactions and intercompany reconciliation
• Responsible for preparing financial reports & cashflow forecast and month-end closing
• Assist in annual audit coordination and preparing budget and analysis as required
