Job Requirements

• Degree holder in Accountancy or related disciplines
• 3-4 years relevant experience in financial accounting support
• Solid experience in AR, AP functions and intercompany transactions
• Experience in month-end closing, preferably in multinational companies
• Detail-minded, energetic, self-motivated with good interpersonal skills
• Good command of spoken & written English, Mandarin will be as asset
• Well-versed in using MS Office including Word, Excel and Outlook
• Immediate available is highly preferred

Job Responsibilities

• Handle the smooth operation of AP, AR and intercompany transactions
• Follow up overdue payment with overseas offices and prepare statements
• Maintain general ledger and prepare cashflow reports & accounting schedules
• Preparation of financial reports and assist in month-end closing & year-end audit
