Key Responsibilities

• Lead FP&A function & collaborate for group and regional reporting with multiple sites as well as business lines, including sales margin and manufacturing costing analytical review.
• Consolidate group management reports and prepare financial pack for senior management for decision marking.
• Establish financial planning and analysis process to drive future business grow and support the decision-making of business development, particularly in budgeting, rolling forecast, variance analysis, margin analysis, cost analysis, sales, and expenses efficiency analysis.
• Assist Head of Group Finance for external activities such as M&A, due diligence, and tax planning.
• Assist financial accounting team for month end & year end process plus external audit.
• Partner with regional and functional teams in projects and strategic initiatives such as new business models, system implementation, and process reengineering.

Education and Experience required

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting / Finance / Data Science with CPA qualification.
• Minimum of 5 years FP&A experience; experience gained from the medical and/or manufacturing industry will be an asset.
• Excellent skills and knowledge in financial analysis, business planning, advanced financial modeling capabilities, and experience in EPICOR and Business Intelligence tools would be an advantage.
• Strong experience in group consolidation with excellent excel skills (VBA) is definitely a strong plus.
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.
