Job Duties:

• Support daily accounting operation including customer payment collection, purchase orders posting and freight charges recording, etc.
• Follow up customer receivable collections, settlements, prepare monthly customer statements, reminders to customers on timely base
• Other ad hoc projects as required

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma in Accounting or above
• Experienced in accounts receivable and payable in sizable companies
• Positive attitude, highly effective and work independent
• Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Good computer literacy (MS Excel, Word, Outlook) and experienced in ERP system
• Immediately available is highly preferred
