Job Description
Our client is a leading international law firm in the search for a Finance Assistant with a focus in Billing or Accounts Payable.
This role will be responsible for providing comprehensive support to the accounts team in billing or AP function.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare bills/ accounts payable for the assigned lawyer groups
- Scanning invoices and posting disbursements
- General data entry
- Perform close file procedure
- Ad hoc accounting duties
Requirements:
- A diploma or degree in accounting or related discipline
- 1-3 years of related experience in billing/ AP, preferably in the professional services industry
- Proficient in MS office
- Good command of English and Cantonese
