Assistant Accounting Manager (up to $50K) – Industry-leading FMCG Company

Our client is an industry leading FMCG Company. They are now looking for an Assistant Accounting Manager to support their growing business. Candidates with FMCG, food production, consumer electronics, cosmetics or manufacturing background are preferred.

 Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for Costing and FP&A function of the Group
• Assist in month-end closing process and prepare financial analysis
• Analyze financial information to provide accurate and timely financial reports to management for decision-making purposes
• Assist in preparing financial and management accounting reports, budgeting/forecasting and costing analysis
• Assist in cashflow forecasting and management
• Prepare and provide commentaries on periodic management reports and business performance
• Strengthen internal controls and procedures
• Conduct business process re-engineering
• Perform any ad hoc responsibilities as assigned

Job Requirements

• Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese
• Minimum 8 years’ relevant experiences, preferably in FMCG, food production, consumer electronics, cosmetics or manufacturing industries
• Degree in Accounting with CPA qualification preferable
• Hands-on experience in daily operations is preferable
• Mature, outgoing, well-organized and good team player
• Analytical mind with good Microsoft Excel Skill
• Self-motivated and willing to work under pressure and face new challenges
• Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English
• Sound knowledge in Oracle system is an advantage
