Responsibilities:

• Prepare company's annual plan and monthly rolling forecasts as well as monthly analysis and report to the management
• Analyze sales, profit and operational indexes to manage risk in advance and make strategic recommendations  
• Manage company's budget for expenses
• Improve company's management process and set up and manage company's rules and policies
• Handle various report and conduct ad-hoc task for CFO
• Lead a Business Planning team

Requirements:

• Degree in Finance or Business Management is preferable
• Minimum of 10+ years in Finance Business
• Strong knowledge of Business planning and outstanding analytical skills with accuracy
• Leadership for team management
• Excellent communication with other departments
• Native level of Korean speaking and writing
