Job Description
Job Duties:
- Handle full set of accounts and AR/ AP operations
- Handle bank payments including L/C
- Assist in month-end closing
- Bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow movements
- Coordinate with internal departments for daily operation
- Assist supervisor to prepare accounting reports for year-end audit
- Perform ad-hoc assignment as required
Job Requirements:
- Higher Diploma or above in accounting or related disciplines
- At least 3 years working experience in sizable corporation
- Proficient in MS Office, knowledge of ERP system is a plus
- Familiar with Microsoft Dynamics NAV will be an advantage
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Ability to perform multi-task, work independently and be a good team player
- Immediate available or short notice is highly preferred
- Candidates with more experience will be considered as an Assistant Accountant
