Responsibilities:

•  Manage overall accounting functions, financial control, consolidation accounting, budgetary and cash management activities in Hong Kong.
•  Review monthly financial report of each market in Asia
•  Review consolidation and prepare group financial statements
•  Review and  financial policies and control procedures for costing, inventory, credit, operation and capital expenditures.
•  Monitor the timely month-end and year-end closing process and management reports.
•  Liaise with insurance broker to group insurance matters including its sourcing, renewal and claims in areas of money, assets at shop, 3rd party liability, car, office and warehouse etc.
•  Review the payment for shop renewal, overseas travelling and other general expenses.
•  Handle group year-end audit.
•  Liaise with internal and external auditors, and bankers on audit and bank transaction issues and bank signing arrangement.
•  Handle the Bank Guarantee.
•  Perform ad-hoc projects as assigned.
•  Manage and coach the team members.

  Requirements: 

• University graduate in Accounting, Finance or other related disciplines
• 10 years’ experience in accounting or auditing of which at least 4 years at managerial level, must be from Retail industry
• Member of HKICPA / ACCA or equivalent
• Knowledge in Sun Account System is preferable
• Analytical, detail-minded and logical thinking
• Strong business sense, management, problem solving, presentation and communication skills
• With PRC exposure is advantageous
• Proficient in Words, Excel and Powerpoint
• Excellent written and spoken English & Chinese
