Job Description
Responsibilities :
- Provide full range of administrative support to the HR Manager & Accounts Manager
- Assist in administrative functions such as recruitment, preparation of contracts, payroll calculations, leave record management, MPF, HR docs, maintain and update database, tax etc.
- Handle accounting operations including general ledger, payable ledger, receivable ledger, accounting entries, expense checking, issue cheques
- Assist in different departments when necessary
- Fresh graduate will be considered
- Basic Accounting experience (not a must)
- LCC Inter will be an advantage
- Excellent in excel
- Excellent communicator and problem solver
- Immediate available is preferred
