Job Description

Responsibilities :
  • Provide full range of administrative support to the HR Manager & Accounts Manager
  • Assist in administrative functions such as recruitment, preparation of contracts, payroll calculations, leave record management, MPF, HR docs, maintain and update database, tax etc.
  • Handle accounting operations including general ledger, payable ledger, receivable ledger, accounting entries, expense checking, issue cheques
  • Assist in different departments when necessary
Requirements:

  • Fresh graduate will be considered
  • Basic Accounting experience (not a must)
  • LCC Inter will be an advantage
  • Excellent in excel
  • Excellent communicator and problem solver
  • Immediate available is preferred
