Position: Senior Accountant / Accounting Manager

Job Description:

1. Handle full set of accounts and daily accounting operations.
2. Assist in preparation of management reporting and consolidation of financial statement.
3. Assist financial forecast and planning analysis and consolidation.
4. Reviews account entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
5. Handles monthly, quarterly, and annual closings and prepares full set of management accounts including balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports. Responsible for stock take, cash flow management and accounts reconciliation.
6. Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
7. Examining bank statements and reconciling them with general ledger entries.
8. Ensure timely and accurate preparation of annual audit schedules, and tax schedules as needed.
9. Liaise with external auditors for statutory audit matters.
10. Work closely with frontline staff to ensure compliance of company policy at workplace.
11. Assist in formulation of SOP, accounting policies and procedures.
12. Participate in system implementation, such as Accounting System.
13. Participate in ad hoc projects and duties as assigned.

Position Requirements:

1. Candidates who have worked in the Big Four accounting firms (Deloitte/PwC/EY/KPMG) are preferred. Having the experience of working in an audit company is preferred. More than three years’ experience in commercial party A companies is preferred.
2. Degree holder in Accounting, Finance, or related disciplines along with professional accounting qualification is preferred.
3. Membership of HKICPA or equivalent.
4. Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience with consolidation skills is preferred.
5. Knowledge on consolidation, management accounting and statutory reporting.
6. Proficiency in MS Office applications and accounting software.
7. Task oriented, self-motivated, detail minded, energetic, good inter-personal and communication skills.
8. Good team player and able to perform under tight deadlines.
9. Excellent time management skills, ability to multi-task and prioritize work, and a keen sense of delivering completed projects in a timely manner. Able to work under pressure and work independently.
10. Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
11. Responsible, self-initiative, well organized, team player and be able to work under pressure.
12. Good command of spoken and written in English and Chinese.
13. Immediately available is highly preferred.

工作職責：

1. 處理全套賬務及日常會計業務。
2. 協助編制管理報告和合併財務報表。
3. 協助處理財務預算、計劃分析和整合。
4. 通過分析帳戶信息審查帳戶條目。
5. 處理月度、季度和年度結算並準備全套會計賬目，包括資產負債表、損益表和其他報告。負責庫存盤點、現金流管理和賬目對賬。
6. 通過收集和分析賬戶信息來調節財務差異。
7. 檢查銀行對賬單並將其與總賬分錄進行核對。
8. 確保及時、準確地準備年度審計計劃和必要的稅收計劃。
9. 就法定審計事項與外部審計師聯絡。
10. 與員工密切合作，確保在工作場所遵守公司政策。
11. 協助制定SOP、會計政策和程序。
12. 參與系統實施執行，如會計系統。
13. 完成分配的臨時項目並履行相應職責。

任職要求：

1. 曾在四大會計師事務所工作過的應聘者優先。有審計公司工作背景經驗優先，三年以上商業甲方公司經驗的應聘者優先考慮。
2. 具有會計、金融或相關專業學位，具有會計專業資格者優先。
3. 香港會計師公會會員或同等資格。
4. 5年以上相關工作經驗，有相應技能者優先。
5. 了解整合、管理會計和法定報告。
6. 熟練使用MS Office應用程序和會計軟件。
7. 以任務為導向，自我激勵，注重細節，精力充沛，具有良好的人際交往和溝通能力。
8. 富有良好的團隊合作精神，能夠在緊迫的期限內完成工作。
9. 具有優秀的時間管理能力，多任務處理和優先工作的能力，以及及時交付已完成項目的能力。能夠在壓力下獨立工作。
10. 富有良好的分析和解決問題的能力。
11. 有責任心，主動性、組織性強，有團隊精神，能承受工作壓力。
12. 良好的中英文聽說讀寫能力。
