Role Description
Reporting to Finance Manager of Jardine Matheson Limited and as a member of the Group Finance team, you will be responsible for day-to-day financial operations as well as ad hoc analysis. You will also support and participate in the various finance related enhancement initiatives.
Responsibilities
• Handle full set of accounts, preparation of month end closing and maintain all series of accounting records. Ensure compliance with financial policies, accounting standards and regulations. 
• Assist in analysing financial performance, reconcile financial discrepancies and financial information for all aspect of reporting from the business units. Work closely with business units and provide coaching and assistance, when necessary. 
• Assists in preparing timely and accurate financial reports, financial projections, budget, statutory accounts and Hong Kong tax computation and filing.
• Provide ongoing improvements to the finance operations to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency; and support and participate in new initiatives related to digital or changes in financial regulations as and when needed. 
• Keep abreast of changes in accounting standards, financial regulations and legislation.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance, with ACCA/HKICPA qualification or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years relevant accounting experiences
• Experience in Sage 300, Hyperion and CCH Tagetik is preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft office applications
• Proficient in English and Cantonese
• Strong team player with good interpersonal skill
• Good communication skill with ability to communicate to both finance and non-finance teams
• Self-motivated with strong sense of responsibility
• Proactive, organized, independent
• Able to work under pressure, tight timeline and multiple stakeholders
