To cope with our company growth, we are looking for a high-calibre candidate to fill the post of Administration Clerk which is providing total solutions to property management companies and their occupants.

Responsibilities:

• Handle administrative work such as quotation & invoices
• Place orders e.g. cleaning material & machinery for site staff
• Plan and coordinate with water tank cleaning schedules & sentry liquid services
• Outstanding debts follow up
• Liaise and follow up with client inquiries
• Perform other duties assigned by superiors

 Requirements:

• High school graduate or above, preferably to have a minimum of 1 year of work experience, recent graduate will also be considered
• Proficient in PC including MS Word, Excel & Chinese Word Processing
• Independent, responsible, strong self-motivation and willing to learn
• Immediately available is preferable
• Able to handle multitasks.
• A good team player
