Responsibilities 

• Assist manager to supervise accounting team to carry out daily accounting operations and commission calculation
• Handle E-Commerce/Retail shop daily operation of payment checking, accounts receivable and payable
• Prepare the monthly and regular Sales, inventory & financial reports
• Assist manager to handle full set of accounts, prepare financial, analysis and reporting package
• Support the Company events for accounting operation (e.g. VIP day, Food expo & HKBPE)
• Maintain and implement strong internal controls
• Assist new ERP setup or related operations
• Perform assigned ad-hoc reports and supporting tasks

Requirements 

• Degree Holder in Finance or Accounting discipline
• Minimum 3 years in Managerial grade with retail industry experience is highly preferred
• Member of ACCA/HKICPA or other Profession Accounting Association is preferred
• Experience in commission computation and HR knowledge would be advantage
• A team player with proactive attitude, good interpersonal skills and strong analytical mind
• Proficiency in MS Excel and sound knowledge in accounting and ERP system (e.g. MYOB & Multiable)
• Must be systematic, detail-oriented and result-driven with ability to multi-tasks
• Immediate available is preferred
