Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the preparation and consolidation of group financial and management reports;
• Assist in the interim and year-end final audit and statutory reports;
• Prepare the Hong Kong Profits Tax Returns and handling tax issues;
• Participate in corporate financial projects;
• Supervise the daily operations of accounting teams in oversea subsidiaries;
• Liaise with external auditors for annual financial statements;
• Participate in ad-hoc projects as assigned.

 Requirements

• Degree holder in Finance, Accounting or related disciplines;
• Qualified member of ACCA and/or HKICPA;
• At least 3 years relevant experience in sizeable organizations, with experience in listed companies is an advantage;
• Familiarized with HKFRSs and IRO;
• Familiar with PRC GAAP and taxation standard is a definite advantage;
• Self initiative, able to work independently and meet tight deadlines;
• Excellent presentation skills with strong analytical mind and business sense;
• Good communication, interpersonal and supervisory skills;
• Good commend in both written and spoken English and Chinese including Putonghua;
• Proficiency in MS office, knowledge of SAP is a definitely advantage;
• Candidate with more experience will be consider as Manager - Finance.
