Job Description
We are partnering with a full‐service proxy advisory and investor intelligence firm. They are seeking for a Senior Analyst/Advisory professional to assist with their growing businesses in Greater China.
This position will be based at their Asia Headquarters in Hong Kong.
Their business is growing rapidly in APAC, so if you are looking for a fresh start with lots of possibilities, this position is for you.
Responsibilities:
- This role will be reporting to the Senior Vice President and will be responsible for building and managing the full suite of solutions in Greater China.
Requirements:
- 3+ years’ experience with Proxy Advisor reports for EGMs/AGMs (ISS Research and Glass Lewis)
- Knowledge of Greater China’s shareholder meeting processes and the various entities involved in proxy voting
- Solid experience or knowledge of shareholder identification
- Solid experience or knowledge of ESG ratings organizations and improvements strategies
- Strong sense of project ownership
- Self‐motivation with a strong ability to function independently
- Strong oral and written communication skills in English; native proficiency in Mandarin and Cantonese
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced functions
