• Manage day-to-day booking of proprietary investment e.g. equities, future/options, repo, funds, private equity etc
• Handle full set of accounting function including AR, AP, bank reconciliation, broker reconciliation and intercompany reconciliations
• Ensure completeness of all transactions, prepare journal entries, generate management and financial reports to management
• Perform month end closing for the companies and compile financial statements
• Perform month end and regular financial data analysis and reconciliations
• Assist preparing reporting to Head Office and quarterly announcement to HKEX
• Assist preparing year end schedule for audit purpose
• Perform ad hoc assignments / duties as assigned

• At least 6-8 years of relevant working experience preferably gained in financial industry
• Degree holder in Accounting or related disciplines, with recognized accounting professional qualifications such as HKICPA, ACCA, etc
• Passionate to work in investment bank
• Good command of both written & spoken English and Chinese including fluency in Putonghua
• Proficient in PC skills including MS Word and Excel
• Familiar with various financial instrument
