Responsibilities:

• Daily accounting function including accounts receivable, accounts payable and bank reconciliation;
• Handle monthly reimbursement expenditure;
• Assist in bookkeeping and general accounting work;
• Handle filling and scan documents;
• Assist in annual statutory audit;
• Handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned by supervisor.

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in accounting/finance or LCCI qualification or equivalent;
  
• At least 1 year working experience in accounting field;
• Proficient in MS Office, knowledge in KINGDEE accounting software is an advantage;
• A team player with strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills; and
• Good command of English and Chinese in both written and spoken.
