Responsibilities

• Prepare month-end closing, financial reporting, and consolidation
• Deliver management Profit and Loss accounts at company consolidation, brand and store levels on regular basis with variance analysis and commentaries
• In charge of building monthly forecast, annual budget and long-range plan
• Responsible for store sales incentive targets settings, and incentive achievement reporting
• Contribute on financial aspect of store development such as feasibility studies and scenario analysis of capital investments, and provide ROI performance appraisal of investments
• Deliver weekly sales reports with meaningful metrics and sound commentaries so that management could acquire latest brand performance quickly
• Support preparation of financial presentation for senior management
• Act as a business partner to collaborate with function heads and provide ad hoc support on projects and analysis

Requirements

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Statistics or Actuarial, with HKICPA, ACCA or equivalent professional accountancy qualifications
• Competent and strong skills in handling massive and complex and detailed financial data analysis in well-organized and accurate manner
• Proven abilities in developing the robust analytical models and planning models
• Good presentation skills in speaking, writing, and illustrations by graphs, charts and tables
• Ability to work cross-functionally and engage business partnership
• Strong communication skills both verbal and non-verbal
• Positive can-do attitude and teamwork
• Flexible behavior and able to handle multiple tasks in a time sensitive manner
• Be confident and comfortable working in fast pace environment
• Familiar with EPR systems such as Essbase and Oracle is an advantage
