Our client, a Japanese electronic company, is seeking for an Accounting Officer to support their operation in Hong Kong.

Responsibilities:

• Handle daily accounting matters (AR, AP, Bank rec, Petty Cash, Invoice etc.)
• Manage full set of book-keeping
• Coordinate accounting work with PRC office
• Liaise with auditor and prepare reports
• Assist with office administration
• Ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma in Accounting or above
• Minimum 2 years related accounting experience
• Able to manage full set of accounting
• Familiar with Excel
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
• Responsible and able to work independently and multi-tasking
• Accept occasional Saturday work (half day work, 9-10 times a year)
