Job responsibilities

• Handle Account Payable section, daily data entry & filing;
  
• Assist in month end closing and prepare schedules breakdown; 
  
• Handle general administration duties, e.g. claim procedure, maintain filing and database, office supplies, etc.;
• Assist in presentation, enrollment, company activities, employee relations and administrative works; 
• Perform any ad-hoc tasks as assigned by Senior

Job requirements

• LCC Higher or relevant accounting qualification;
• Good interpersonal skills, good numeric sense with high level of accuracy;
• 2 years or above relevant experience in accounting;
• Solid experience in Excel and Accounting System; 
• Good PC knowledge;
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese;
  
• Immediate available is preferred
