Job Description
OVERVIEW
Our client, an investment company was jointly established by international large-scale industrial institutions, financial institutions and new economic enterprises, focus on Greater Bay area investment. They are currently looking for an Accounting Associate / Associate Manager to join them for supporting their daily operations.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Our client, an investment company was jointly established by international large-scale industrial institutions, financial institutions and new economic enterprises, focus on Greater Bay area investment. They are currently looking for an Accounting Associate / Associate Manager to join them for supporting their daily operations.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in preparing financial statements
- Assist in preparing financial analysis reports to management
- Assist in handling financial records and regulatory reporting
- Assist in handling financial budget and forecast
- Assist in handling external audit and tax issues and liaise with external auditors and tax advisors
- Handle ad-hoc assignments and projects
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Degree holder in Accounting or related disciplines with professional accounting qualifications preferable
- Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting / auditing/ private equity fund preferable
- With work experience in Chinese enterprises preferable
- Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills
- Excellent command of written and spoken Mandarin & English.
