Job Description

• Work the broader teams such as R&D and Trade Technology to capture necessary data and automate periodic reports for various surveillance monitoring program and utilize various tools and statistical analysis to make the surveillance program more effective and efficient.
• In-depth Knowledge of market misconduct behaviours and knowledge of various trade surveillances and their purpose
• Good understanding of financial data and how trading activity is presented in data.
• Assist to perform treasury functions and post-trade operations
• Manage & maintain asset funding, money gap limit control, settlement control & all transactions relating to customer loans, deposits and their positions
• Check dealing tickets / position of crypto transactions and ensure the transactions are complied with company policy
• Assist to prepare reports on asset and liability, liquidity checks, revenue monitor, settlement records etc.
• Proactively to communicate platform information / instant market impacts to department head and business departments

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree holder, any discipline is welcome to apply
• Work experience in financial institutions, preferably in settlements and operations
• Experience in treasury business including back office and middle office would be considered
• A good team player with excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills-
• Strong spreadsheet skills, knowledge of database coding is an advantage
• Proficient in English, multi-lingual is required
